Over revving 110 xsport
110 xport over revving need help have tryed all screws on carb cant seem to sort it out any one no
Pit bike starts, idle and revs good. But when I
does this happen as soon as you put it into gear or does it do it when you let the clutch out,as this sounds like the clutch plates are stuck together, you need to drain the oil then take the clutch cable off ,then take the clutch cover off remove the bolts and springs from the clucth basket make sure you do this evenly, then you take the clutch plates out if they all come out together then there locked up pry them apart and see if there is blueing of the steel plates and check the fibre plate for wear or cracks ,if the plates are bluing you may need to renew all of the steel and friction as this may have been caused by slipping the clutch or not having the clutch adjusted right and you may need a different type of oil that is suited to wet clutches.hopefully it could be just a matter of it sitting too long without being used.cheers hopes this helps
I have half a float in my pit bike carb how do i start it
You can't run that with half a float. A float is a part that is specifically designed a certain way and size to match the needle . If your float is wrong it will either open to much or not enough the needle valve causing a flooded carb or a carb with not enough fuel to run. I'd check eBay for one or find find a matching carb on eBay ( make sure the mm's are the same as far as the intake side and exhaust side and if the throttle cable slide is in the same location it will work.if its one of those funny named Japanese bikes like a bms or sum thing they got a bunch of those on eBay .
Lifan 140 crank broke were
Pull the motor split the cases and replace the crankshaft.
Or buy another motor.
That is a tappered an keyed shaft, that holds the rotor/flywwheel.
I've only saw that happen when someone was beating on the rotor to try to remove it.
They use junk metal these days and with the right amount of pressure from prying off the rotor could break the cranckshaft there.
Not sure what your question is but as i mentioned above the sloutions for this.
