Plastic can be welded check plastic welders in local directory. Tubes can be fixed by inserting smaller tube inside. Check out fasteners in your directory to find rivets and capped star lock washers.

Check out your local bike shop or Kmart. The same size tires and tubes are used on a lot of kiddy bikes. Will be hard to get ones with side walls.

hi there. i just had this same problem. and to be honest i am unsure of EXACTLY what the problem was, but i just took it into the store of where i bought it and told them that it wouldnt turn, or became really stiff. only way i could push the pram as well at most times was to lift the front wheel off the ground.
i took it in and they took it out the back and about 10 minutes later they bought it back to me all fixed. i also had one of my friends had the same problem and she took hers in.
Just take it back, and say you didnt spend this much money for it not to do its job and they should fix it for you. you do have a 12 months warrenty on it so should not cost you a dime. good luck.

You're under warranty get the seller to sort it for you. Either you have installed it incorrectly and it's the sellers responsibility to give adequate training or documentation so you know the proper setup. Or it's faulty and the seller needs to make a warranty claim for you.

canopies are secured with snaps correct? your probably not being aggressive enough unsnapping them, good luck

Finding wheels for strollers is always a problem unless they sell them as spare parts like Bugaboo does. Check with Phil & Teds if they're unhelpful a plastic wheel can be repaired provided the tyre is still good. Google plastic welders (yes plastic can be welded) find one local and show them the wheel. In Australia there is a Stroller repair shop that stocks new and secondhand parts called Karlisles. They ship internationally

Visit your local bike shop they'll pump up the tires and replace the tubes if required.

my first suggestion is to remove the front wheel clean and inspect for damage, clean inside ahere the wheel slots into buggy frame if all seems ok spray with a lubricating oil like wd 40 and put it back together

Hi!

Assuming your tyres have the correct pressure, uncontrollable shaking in 3-wheeld swiveling strollers is usually caused by bearing slack.
Please check the front wheel bearing. It should allow the wheel to rotate freely but it should not be loose on the axle. (ie. It should not slide sideways on the axle.)
In this case you would need a new front fork/wheel assembly.

Please let a dealer have a look at it. As the Vibe has not been around for very long, you may still have warranty.
