You may not be able to remove the entire cover, but a good 50/50 water and vinegar solution will kill the mold/mildew. You can then follow it up with a scrub spounge and soapy water. After this the smell should be gone and the mildew killed.

Otherwise if you REALLY want to remove it you can look for snaps, velcro or zippers around all of the metal tubes that may release some or all of the canvas linings.

Hi,
There are little finger/thumb grips right below the handles that you push with. Not the long oval thing, that adjusts the handle height, but little grips on front and back of the handle. On both left and right handles. you put your index finger under front one and middle finger under back one, (both sides at same time, use both hands) and pull UP on them while leaning the stroller forward to fold it down, push it down until it clicks.
Note: Don't pull the release clips manually.
