If I understood your question right you want to withdraw your funds to your debit card. If that's what you mean you should have completed the following first:

- Verify your Paypal by following the instructions on the paypal site. usually you need to add your debit card first by using the debit card number not the debit bank account number

- If already verified Add the same debit card on your paypal by clicking Profile then add bank account. This time use the debit card bank account number. You should also know the bank code for paypal. You bank can tell you that.


Now if you want to withdraw your funds you just need to click withdraw menu then choose the debit card bank account you just added.

paypal doesn't scam any one They just pay accounts that you authorize so knowing that it would appear that the seller is a scammer so you have to contact paypal and lodge a complaint
