Pandigital frame . tried to connect with pc and usb cable. The pc does not see the photo frame. The only way it works is with a usb stick.
Pandigital cameras typically have a USB connection that allows you to transfer photos from the camera to your computer. It sounds like the connection between your camera and computer is not working properly. Make sure that the USB cable is securely connected to both the camera and the computer. Also, check that the camera is in the proper mode for transferring photos (this will vary depending on the specific model of camera you have).
It is also possible that the problem is with your computer. Make sure that the USB ports on your computer are working properly and that the drivers for the camera are properly installed. If you are using a newer version of Windows, it may not be compatible with your older camera.
Pandigital cameras are based on old technology and it is very likely that it may not be compatible with the latest version of Windows. It is recommended to check the camera manual or the Pandigital website for the supported version of windows.

Hotmail account can't connect to the server. tried all advise with pop3
The outgoing server probably requires authentication (usually the same password as for the incoming server). Is your email client sending authentication? Look for a checkbox saying something like: "Outgoing server requires authentication."
Also, I just want to make sure that you can't use "smtp.live.com-25-TLS as the address for your server. The server is smtp.live.com, the port is 25 and encryption is TLS.
