Dropped it broke the screen can it be fixed

Broken screens can not be fixed. Replacement is the only solution and it is expensive.

I need to download the Google App Store in my Pandigital 7" Tablet (4.1). I keep getting an error that says the browser is no longer supported. Is there a secret or an update I need to run?

You need to search for a guide to install manually the GAPPS (google apps & services) on your tablet. Many low cost tablet are provided with no play store and other services. But it's not difficult!
