On the Pandigital Handheld Wand Scanner Model PANSCN08, I want to scan multiple pages (2) in PDF format and can't find how to do that.

Old images keep showing up after deleteing and after formatting the sd card. I've used 2 seperate cards now. This is with the pandigital scanner

How do I open it up without damaging anything?

Do not I repeat do not get in there to do some cleaning and repairs. Great you don't know how to properly open it up. I mean no disrespect but you might damage something and really cause your machine to be garbage. I suggest you call the company. Look at the paperwork that came with your product and find the service center or the number of the company that manufactured it. I hope that helps.
