The
first thing I would suggest is a hard reset. Unplug the unit for a
minute or so. Then plug it back in, set the clock and try again.
Let us know if the hard reset does not fix it.If it stops at 16 seconds and is a sensor model, it probably has a defective humidity sensor.
If
it stops after 22 seconds, that means the controller has detected a
problem, usually a problem with the inverter or a bad magnetron.
If you do indeed have a problem, Since
it's less than one year old, it should be fully covered under warranty.
I'd suggest contacting the manufacturer to get it fixed free.
