These phones have worked well for a long time . However, all of a sudden I hear static noise on all of the handsets. Is it possible to get rid of the static noise short of replacing the units?

Check your phone line or have it checked by your phone company. Three phones do not all go bad at the same time, do they?! Of course not! Hook up another phone and see if it also does the same thing. If so definitely the line. If not, then it is the base unit of the three some that has an issue.

New issue after a few years of good service, very heavy static on all phones in the system. It is not the DSL filter, as i tried a new one.

Is it possible that the DSL line is filtered outside or the phone jack is defective? Has anything changed recently? Try isolating the DECT 6.0 phone system. Otherwise, consider replacing it with a 5.8 GHz system. I have a the same system (the Panasonic KX-TGA402N -- the three pack, a old 900 MHz cordless answering phone, several Bluetooth devices, and a 2.4 GHz wireless router (Linksys WRT54G2.) I have no noise problem. If you can't determine the source of the interference, I assume you already replaced the phone system.

Won't upload photos to my computer

Try NOT connecting your camera to your computer. The best way to transfer pictures from your camera to your computer involves removing the memory card from the camera and plugging it into a card reader (either built-in to the computer or connected via USB). This is likely to be faster than connecting the camera to the computer, and won't run down your camera's batteries. Once the card is plugged in, it will appear to your computer as a removable drive. You can use the operating system's drag&drop facility to copy pictures from the card to the computer's hard drive, the same way you copy any other files. Or you can use any photo management program such as Picasa. Organize edit and share your photos

Is it normal for my NN-SD277 microwave fan to make so much noise

It's probably just the transformers magnetic fields making the steel casing rattle. Have the microwave checked by a competent microwave engineer. Do not attempt remove the cover to check what the problem is yourself.

Cracked door glass

First is she in the habit of slamming the door closed? Or maybe she is cooking something too long which causes the item to overheat and crack the glass? Give her a guide for cooking and heating specific foods or beverages so they do not overheat the oven.. Someone should stay with her to show her it only takes a short time to boil water, etc. so she does not overdo it. Unless she learns..... Hopefully you are not replacing it with the exact same brand and model which may have an inherent problem with the door glass.
