The rca plugs can short out. Or one of the comparator that is for audio selection. Might can get away with just replacing them

Hi Greg, I'd say you have a bad audio output IC, generally this will take out the fusable resistor that feeds the output stage, you should be able to find a part number on the IC, do a pin out and check between B+ and ground pins with it in circuit and see if you see a short. I don't know if you can find a service manual for it but hopefully you wouldn't need one

Question edited for clarity and typos. The first thing with CD Ejection issues is to try a CD Cleaning Disc. It has brushes to clean the laser optics. They always fail on the low power tracking laser. When it fails self test, it ejects. also First unplug power for at least an hour, then press and hold the power/on button while plugging back in, and keep holding for another 60 seconds . Hi, Check that the equalizer settings are what you want when you are playing audio using a BT connection. The user manual states that the settings are memorized for each source i.e. tuner, BT and CD, which I assume means that it can be set differently for each input type to suit what you want

The screen is probably broken on your radio and needs to be replaced too.

Try this So I call Panasonic and they said that all you have to do is just hold the track button to the right for 10 sec and it will enter the code for you. I tried it and it really works, after I got pass the code I went to the id code menu an entered my own pass code. Every blu ray or dvd player sold in the world comes as standard unlocked to play any disc from any region. On the fifth play of a disc the DVD or Bluray will become locked to that region. So if you play 5 USA dvd's on the player after the fifth disc has been played only US dvd's will be recognised by the player, Same applies to BLUrays. So if i were you i would be careful about what discs you are putting in the player. Otherwise you will be left with a bluray player that cannot be used in Australia. After that happens the only way to play other region discs would be to get the player unlocked. Another point to add , a blueray player has two lasers one to play bluray and another to play DVD's. Lasers can fail so you could be able to play DVD's but not Bluray or vice versa depending on which laser has failed.
