I need direction for crib model172097350 from Simmons

I have the Manual. The company went bankrupt at the end of November that is why no one can get through. Email this person with exactly what you need in parts and maybe you will get it.  I did and got no email response but they sent the parts in about 3 weeks. [email protected] I tried to attach the manual but it is too big the manual will come with a full set of parts. Until you can devise a Rube Goldberg repair why not just prop up the mattress from underneath with whatever till it is level?

There seem to be different versions of the Sabrina crib, depending on the year of the model.
