If you programmed it correctly and the water is turned by opening faucet and it does not come return it for another one. there is no repair on this timer.

Save yourself a lot of frustration, replace it. These are not repairable.

Why does or why doesn't it? Most of these are because of wires either broken or in the wrong position.s do you have all your ground wires hooked up...?what is your make and model? Sometime if you have your wires crossed then it won't turn on the water to the sprinkler, other times the actual water isn't turned on.

The % symbol indicates that Water Budgeting is on. This can range from 10-200%. To reset this, turn the dial to Budget (between Off and How Often). Use the +/- buttons to change the amount of water provided. (The % symbol will show if the control is set to program watering budget. It will also show if the amount of water to be provided is not the default 100%.) Turn the dial to Auto to resume normal watering. Press the program button before returning the dial to Auto if you have to change the water budgeting for other programs. The budget option lets you adjust the watering program based on recent rainfall or lack of rain. (If it is set to 50%, the controller will open the valves for 30 minutes on a 1 hour programmed irrigation period). If you are in abnormally dry conditions, then setting the unit to 200%, the watering program will run twice as long. The setting will persist until you change it.
