Quickbooks

Have you tried reinstalling your Quickbooks? From time to time Quickbooks does have errors related to their updates. 'Table does not exist' error in MySQL, although it really exists

it usually means that no table exists in the default database with the given name. In some cases, it may be that the table does exist but that you are referring to it incorrectly. Maybe your database and table names are case sensitive if they are located on a file system that has case-sensitive file names. Or perhapsall references to a given table within a query must use the same lettercase. Use SHOW TABLES to check which tables are in the default database. Well, if you are sure that table is exist and you write its name exactly such it should be, then I suppose something wrong with the database, it can be seriously corrupt. And in this case you need a professional help. This tool must help at any rate - Recovery Toolbox for MySQL https://mysql.recoverytoolbox.com/

What is a .sdf file? How to generate a .sdf file using ms access?

Regarding what is .SDF -- A file format that is compliant with the combination of SQL Server 2005 Compact Edition, SQL Server 2005 and Visual Studio 2005 to build, test, deploy, and manage applications for users. Databases of this type can be accessed directly as a datasource, e.g., from Visual Studio 2005, or from SQL Server Management Studio. As such, they can be passed around with programs or projects, although they are mainly used for embedded applications. The file includes all necessary code points to access the data, and so does not require an instance of SQL Server to be installed.

You can create a .SDF file with a software called PocketSYNC. (Although i have never tried it myself, a lot of people claim that this software works like charm. But it is not free)

DBF file lost after OS reinstalled

Some helpful resources for you: Non-commercial project, which can give you an alternative view to your issue:- http://www.filerepairforum.com/forum/databases/databases-aa/dbase-iv-clipper-foxpro/429-how-can-i-open-corrupted-dbf-file-via-ms-foxpro One more method, must be DBF Fix Toolbox - this is shareware software You may download its demo: http://www.dbf.fixtoolbox.com/ - who knows, apparently it also can resolve the trouble. Another fresh alternative way The new database is useless. Drop it and its associated service. Copy your files, all the database files (control file, redo logs, data, configuration files...) in the new hardisk, if possible at the same location (directories). Then use oradim to create the service: oradim -new <sid> -startmode manual Start the service if it is not already started. Execute sqlplus "/ as sysdba" and try a startup. If all files were copied in the same location, this should work.

Software comparisions

Helen, I suggest if you want to compare management software, a good start would be to go to a specialist magazine site where they do reviews. I use PC Pro quite often. Depends how specialist you need.

Charging Black and Decker Simple Start

okay people... this is a long one, but I just did it for two units that were having this problem and it worked both times.
The problem is the unit sat on the shelf and doesn't have enough power to operate its charging cycle.
Take an extension cord and plug in the outlet charger while you also plug it into your cigarette lighter... now attempt to charge it (you will hear the familiar alarm). Now, turn on the LED light... after a short time, turn off the light and the unit will begin to charge regularly. You can then use one of the chargers to finish the job.
By doing this you are providing plenty of power to the battery while the light drains it at a slower rate... kinda forcing the battery to condition/cycle; it's just allowing the battery to take the charge. Hope this helps.

Formulas

You may want COUNTIF if you're specifying criteria. For instance, if my prices are found in b3 to b7, here's a formula that will find all those that are less than 6 ($6.00):

=COUNTIF(B3:B7, "<6")

If you're using multiple criteria, such as you want to find all the prices that are greater than $5 and less than $8, the following will accomplish it. (The ABS gives you the absolute value of the result, in case the smaller number is first.)

=ABS(SUM(COUNTIF(B3:B7, ">5") - COUNTIF(B3:B7, "<8")))
