Without more diagnostic info or what you may have done in your troubleshoot, or what is or isn't happening... Try cleaning your filter! Most common reason a spa stops heating!

if heating or call for heat light is on bad heater element if not calling for heat need temp sensor

if on control panel its calling for heat sounds like bad heating element if not calling for heat bad temp sensor at about 75 degrees it should ohm out about 78 ohms

The actual of the outer diameter canmeasure up to a quarter inch bigger than the measurements given. So take that into account when you are ordering.

You probably just have an air lock at the pump. This will keep it from pumping water. You just need to open the drain valve for a few seconds to relieve the air. when it runs water you should be good to go.
