What does it mean when someone is oofline
It means the system does not currently see her logged on and available. She could have her system off, not be on the program, be having internet problems, or changed their information. If you don't know if she changed her information, contact her and find out.

How to block a particular number from calling our casio ravine cell?
There is no option on this phone to restrict the caller ID.
If the number is XXXXXX up as 'Restricted' then it can only happen if you dial *67 at the beginning of the number you want to call to block you caller ID information. Or, you can also call Verizon and have caller ID blocked for every number.
If this is happening for every number, then you will need to call Verizon and have them deactivate the caller ID restriction.

Why won't my oovoo log in :'(
Ensure that you have the correct user name and password. If you forget your username have oovoo send your the credentials using the "the forgot password". If that does not work not create a new account and just add your friends and family on the new account.

Delete cookies
Hi Erica,The easiest way is to use Firefox and start a New Private Window. To do that, Open Firefox and click on the File menu in the top left of the browser, or you can Hot Key ctrl+Shift+P, In the Drop Down, You will see an option for "New Private Window". Select that and you will bring up another Firefox Window, but this time it will be for "Private Browsing". You can now go to ooVoo and do what you have to do. Once you're finished, just close Firefox. It will not save any cookies, trackers, history, passwords, etc. To verify just go into the history and see if the site is in there that you visited.Hope this helps! And please Rate:)Thanks,Gary
