Hi. Are you getting eny error messages on your screen?

The easiest solution to this problem is to run this program in Virtual PC, XP Mode. Here is the link for the download: http://www.microsoft.com/windows/virtual-pc/download.aspx . Invoices and Estimates Pro now works perfectly for me. Another solution is to download another PDF writer to your hard drive. Instead of choosing "create PDF" or "email" for your document, choose "print", select your new PDF writer, and then save the document to a file OUTSIDE the program. You can then access the file outside the program, print it or email, whatever you need to do with it. Both of these solutions fixed my "error code 8" problem, or at least made the software usable for me. The techs at Nova told me there was no solution to my problem.

Downloading means you retrive any files and save to your PC/Laptop from any web source!
Installing means you install any software/programs to run on your PC/Laptop.

As for your software "Photo Explosion 2.0" could not run on Win 7 due to software "Compatibility Issues".

If you have purchased your software. and it says windows vista compatible it is wrong. it is not. and it will not work. Returnet to the store . if you can. ..

As far as i know this program you are better off if you trow it away, or return it to the company. Good luck

instal the acrobat reader the asociate the .pdf file with it in your program.

Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling it? It sounds like its trying to load something that has become corrupted.
Alternatively you could try GIMP which may be a better than this paid crapware

Do you have all service packs installed ? 1,2 and 3

Get hold of the folks at Avanquest or Checksoft --- they could probably help you.

Try to uninstall it restart the computer and reinstall it.

I reccomend "revo uninstaller" for uninstalling in "moderate" mode. Revo uninstaller do find more left over files for uninstalled software.

Just do reformat of your harddrive and then reinstall your Operating system. And before you update or install anything install the program THEN install the updates and your other programs and such
