Never. It will always be the eighth planet (unless an impact by a large celestial body, possibly from the Kuiper Belt, knocks it closer to the Sun) as Pluto is not a planet.

More likely it is jammed in 4WD. If the 4WD selector is in the 2WD position then the chances are that you've wound up the transfer case. To fix this you might be able to reverse the vehicle (sometimes for quite a large distance) to unwind the transfer case. If this doesn't work you will need to take it to a properly qualified and licensed service centre and depending on what damage you've done it could be quite expensive.

If your talking 4x4 vehicle then it's the gearbox that transfers the power too each axle, where the tail shafts are. If it's anything else I've got in idea.

take wheel off then take drum off.
