it is still under warranty contact the ,manufacturer customer service and ask how to get a refund for the faulty item under warranty

Many high end quartz watches have a feature called the EOL or end of life indicator. This causes the seconds hand to jump 2, 3 or 5 seconds depending on the make of watch when the battery life is low. The watch will continue to keep accurate time until the battery dies completely. So, when you see your seconds hand jumping multiple seconds it is time to get a battery.

The chronograph resets at 0 on the recorder hands and the crono hand resets at 12:00 hope this helps.gabe

The best way is to take it to an Omega certified dealer and have them look at it. It may require that the back be removed to inspect the internals if it is a quality fake.

sounds like an auto wind watch,you must wear this watch most of the day to keep it wound up.to wind the crown must be pushed all the way in.
