If the dust spot is on the outside of the lens, then a soft brush will do the job. But if it is on the inside, then the only way to get rid of it is to take it to a repair shop where they will dismantle the lens and clean it. You may not need to clean it, if the dust spot does not appear on your photos.

I would: use manual mode and external light meter (if accessible) use tripod use iso 200 step down f-stop from wide open (but not more than f5.6) use 25mm lens (best quality lens you have) use remote trigger or self-timer use x-rite colorchecker passport (and calibrate software, like Adobe Lightroom) jope this helps!

copy both dssusb.dll and dssusb1.dll to C:\Program Files (x86)\Olympus\DSSPlayer or where ever the program has installed. Both these files are on the installarion disk.

Check antivirus your CF card. Check in what format are saved images: JPEG or RAW?

Anything could have happened inside it after that sort of thing. It will have to be opened up to see what has damaged inside.

Camera turns on , first black screen then I see red colored Diagnal red lines , kind of looks like wallpaper, have tried, a new battery, wasn't charging before still isn't? Any ideas?
