177 is a thermistor problem within the fuser. Just replace the fuser to cure the problem. Remember to replace the fuser with the power off.

Is there any message on the operator panel when the jam occurs? Where in the paper path does the jam occur? There are diagnostic tests in the printer but those are best left to an authorized service center.

There are many rollers in the printer usually this defect is caused by the drum, which I believe is part of the toner asm in this unit have you replaced the toner?

That particular error indicates a fuser failure. Try turning off the printer and re-seating the fuser. If this does not clear the message then the fuser needs to be replaced. With such a low number of prints warranty should cover it.

Error code 106 is Engine Control Error. Try replacing the engine control pcb.

010 is not listed in the technical manual for this printer. But 002, 007, 009 and 011 are listed and pertain to the RAM DIMM. For those errors it is suggested to remove the RAM DIMM and restart the printer. If it recovers then replace the RAM DIMM. If it fails again replace the CU pcb.

Similar problem in other Oki's It's not a drum, I would check the ITB Belt. Known for binding failure. Okidata didn't spend a whole lot of money/quality plastic/nylon bushings and parts associated with the drive roller and other associated part for their ITB Belt assembly. I hope this helps,,,Steve

Indication of a faulty ROM on the CU pcb.

381 error indicates a jam under the drum. If no jam exists try using canned air to blow out the printer. Caution, toner dust may blow up in your face.

Check your consumables, ie. toner, drum and transfer belt. It may be time to change them.

That error is an LED detection error. Check the connections for the cyan LED. Also the fuse on the pcb for that LED. If those check out OK than you can try swapping the LED's to see if the error travels with the LED. If the error travels then replace the LED. If the error does not travel then it is more likely the PCB.

The fuser thermistor has detected an abnormal temperature. Cycle the power. If the problem persists then replace the fuser. If the problem still persists then replace the low voltage power supply. The fuser part number is 44289101 and is available at www.l-lsystems.com

Paper jam is initiated by a sensor that does not register (or tell the logic board it has registered) a movement of the paper through the printer. Try finding out what sensor is near the point the paper stopped. Look if anything id blocking a optical sensor, or any small lever is blocked in free movement. Close all covers correct and make sure nothing is blocking the covers. Not even just a small piece of paper.
