1. Press the on-line button to return the printer to off-line status.
2. Press the Menu button repeatedly until MAINTENANCE MENU is displayed, then press the Select button.
3. Press the Item button until DRUM COUNT RESET is displayed.
4. Press the Select button and the Drum Counter is reset.

You have to look under the cover remove the black plastic cover, Remove in the left side by sliding the litte plastic tab in to the mittele and gently pull up, when it is loose in the left side slide it on to the mittle and it will go of in the right side too, Now remove the next black plastic cover, it's all black with at little "sharkfin" i the center, Just pull genltly upwards, and under there is the "380" It is at little tab, just wrikele it a few times. Now just assemble the printer an you are good to go

Image drum up-down movement position detection error. Is the image drum unit removed and installed smoothly? If yes then re-install it If no then Be sure of the connection of the image drum up-down clutch connector. - ALSO - Is the connector of the image drum up-down clutch is connected properly? If yes then Replace the toner sensor board. If no then Connect the image drum updown clutch properly.

That particular error indicates a fuser failure. Try turning off the printer and re-seating the fuser. If this does not clear the message then the fuser needs to be replaced. With such a low number of prints warranty should cover it.

Shut printer off Press Menu and Online buttons while powering back on Press enter to format memory Printer will request to be powered off Power off and then back on. It should boot past the initializing screen and be fully functional.

177 is a thermistor problem within the fuser. Just replace the fuser to cure the problem. Remember to replace the fuser with the power off.
