The error is Unexpected Nozzle Outs. Ensure that the print surface is clean and you change out your waste toner tray every time you replace a toner pearl cartridge. Sometimes these errors go away with heavy ink usage. Ensure that the paper roll ends are not damaged. That won't fix your issue, but if the rolls are damaged they don't sit flat on the print surface and then the semi dry ink will scrape across the Imaging Devices and add to the problem. Go into the Configuration menu and turn on Enhanced Cleaning. If this doesn't fix the problem in a week, then I would recommend calling an authorized Oce technician. You should be able to get an adapter that will convert the firewire connector to another type like a USB connector. They are usually cheap and worth a try for a couple of bucks.

This is a safety relay issue. Shut off the unit, and unplug it from the wall. Open the left side cover and check the brass contacts to the fuser unit by carefully sliding back the protective tubes. If there is a lot of corrosion on there, it could be causing your issue. However this error can be any number of things. It may also be the LVPS. It's best to call an authorized Oce representative to come take a look at it.
