What to i need to do when the wii charger is green
If your controller is still sat in the charger then that is fine when the green light is on. The chargers have what is called smart charge technology. This means that when the controllers reach full battery capacity the charger stops sending charge to the controller until it drops below a certain charge level again. Leaving the remotes in the charger when the green light is on will not damage them in any way at all.
Hope this helps
My computer wont detect Nyko airflo xl i can plug
I own one of these. If the computer doesn't detect it, then there's something either wrong with the computer or the device itself.
Try plugging it into ANOTHER computer and if it doesn't detect automatically then I'd say with certainty that it's done for.
Why can't I load my NYKO software on my pc/Vista

Here are the most up to date drivers. If still problems, install in compatibility mode. These do work on vista 32 bit as I have used them before
I have the Nyko airflo xl for PS2 but I can also
Open Device Manager, under Human Interface Devices select the USB device with the error icon on it (has small yellow triangle next to it), right click, select Disable (icon will change), right click again and select Enable - it should be automatically recognized and configured.
Light is blue
It is supposed to be blue initially. That indicates it is charging.
When it switches to green - the controllers are fully charged.

I have a nyko wireless wii sensor bar. the first
First thing to check is your battery... This sensor bar is nice that it doesn't require a wire for power, but the battery tends to drain pretty quickly. After about 8-hours or so of playtime you'll probably have to change batteries.
You also need to calibrate the sensitivity if your Wiimote afterwards to make sure it works properly.
Lastly, this bar is also known to have issues with some third party controllers. If you're not using the official Wiimote you might also have issue with this bar.
