Will two thing could be at fault here what your computer is saying is it can't find an operating system. This is windows most likely. If u just turned your computer one day and this happen your hard drive my have stopped working. If this a new computer u need to install a windows program

What shows in the event logs? The shut down errors will show up in there.

It does not support ddr3 ram.

Open the case and double check its pushed into the slot all the way. Go into the Bios and make sure your selecting the correct port first PCI or PCIex. Dear Lindi, I would like to ask you a few trouble shooting questions before proceeding further. The questions are mentioned below 1. Did you download any software or anything before the problem started. 2. Did the problem start after you downloaded whatsapp. 3. When was the last time you updated your phone. If you have downloaded anything from the net then please go ahead and uninstall it or delete it. Delete Whatsapp and then update your phone. Once your phone is updated then please go ahead and delete all the cache files in the settings of your cell phone. Please go ahead and install whatsapp. Let me know if you still face the problem. If card is working on other PC, try to clear c mos before you connect it to motherboard. Before you turn PC on. Disconnect everything from motherboard except processor and one memory on DIMM 1 slot.

You can't use that card in a PCI express slot because that specific video card uses an AGP connector (which is no longer a supported card interface). You will need to use a motherboard that has an AGP slot.
