You need to get the unlocking code from the service provider to which the phone is locked with the initial SIM. This will be given to you if the phone was purchased about a year ago. if not you will need to check if the Docomo service will be able to assist without charging you.

There can be many ways to Unlock your phone. As far as i know unlocking by codes is the simple and safe way. I will suggest the website Unlock-Zone.com which is doing good service and they were recommended highly in the cell phone forums.
I used them to unlock my cell phone. contacted them and within 30 mins i had my unlock code and my phone was unlocked.

When you insert a CD into the tray, the computer automatically tries to read it and starts the install file. Even if it fails to do that you can go to My Computer and click open the CD Drive. Here, click start the setup.exe file and your drivers will be installed. If you do not find a setup.exe the click on autoexec.bat file. This will do the needful.
