Canister turns but dasher doesn't and there's no obstruction

Sorry no answer, but I JUST bought mine and it was working just fine until this morning. Turns on, times down, turntable works, sounds like it's working, won't heat a DAMN glass of water!!! We'd both like help please

You can order new switches online. Just go to Nostalgia website. They'll have replacement switches. I'm trying to find the exterior handle that you use to empty the popcorn out of the kettle? I'm having a tough time finding it

Water line may be frozen, heat it with a hair dryer, see if water then flows.This can happen if aair flow to bottom of frig is blocked.

What do consider quickly? it takes on average 3-5 min from cold to be close or at popping temp.

If you can visually see the rod, use a few drops of cooking oil. If it leaks into any drink, you wont get sick. Don't use mineral oils.

This switch is from a good size Chinese firm. ZHEJIANG GUANBAO ELECTRONIC CO.,LTD.. This switch has been replaced and is not manufactured any more. Take the switch to an electronics supply store to find an equivalent. Their web address is www.guanbo.com, and they have an English language section, if you do not speak Chinese. Any fitting switch, with a 10 Amp 125 Volt rating, should be acceptable. The countryside where this firm is located is beautiful. I have been there.
