this is a code to shut off the Static Time and Date feature on the set. Usually if this feature is turned on, the set does not flash where there is a message.

Well that is one thing, or the port maybe bad, and a technician maybe required to move that phone to a new port on the phone system.

Have you set up the voicemail before?

OK, from your set;
-> dial FEATURE 9 8 1 (this is the code to get you to the voicemail)
-> then your passcode, if you never set up the voicemail, the temporary password is 0 0 0 0 (four - zero's).
-> if this is a new installed voicemail, the telephone system will tell you al that you need to initiate the voicemail box.

AFTER reset access-point disables wireless access so you need to connect CAT5 cable to pc and Access-point then type 192.168.1.136 in your browser User Name nnadminPassword PlsChgMe! login with above details and reconfigure wireless and other properties of your access point.
