Turn off the auto attendant for the Nortel Phone
To turn off the auto attendant:
Press the program key. The display will indicate:
PLEASE SELECT
PNON ANSW OTHER
Press the key under ANSW. The display will indicate:
AUTO ATTND: ON
BACK CHANGE NEXT
Press the key under CHANGE. The display will indicate:
AUTO ATTND:OFF
BACK CHANGE NEXT

Find IP adress
To find internal ip1. Click start-> run->cmd and press Enter
Command prompt dialog box will appear on the screen .
2.In that type ipconfig to view your ip address.

Need password
You have two choices:
- if you have console access to the switch, and don't mind losing the config:
- boot it with a console cable
- Press CTRL-C when the diags start. It should then show a menu.
- select the option to clear NVRAM.
- Save and boot the agent
- If you have SNMP access:
- Download the config to a TFTP server
- Edit the password in the config
- Update the config via TFTP
