feature,*,*,23646 (or admin) from the main unit should get you into the settings, the password is the same unless your installer changed it. Time and date should be among the first settings you can scroll through.

On most older nortel systems you can use the feature,*,6 buttons to adjust the ringer type, along with type you can set the volume by using the up/down volume buttons.

In tech programming (Config) you need to got to the Line data and remove lines 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6 from the pool it is in, make it none.
Note if line 1 is in use then you cannot call out.
Note sure why you would want line 1 as your outbound, systems are to use the bottom lines out and work their way up and inbound starts at the top and works their way down.

If you dont know how to program or the password call your local vendor in for a 1 hour charge.

If there is some strange reason then state what the setup or issue is and we can see if there is a work around.

You do not say if the phone is Android. If it is Open Google Play and download Drippler , that is an Android only app, the answer to any problems with any Android device can be found there

if you forgot your pattern lock, just give few more tries to continue wrong efforts. at an instant, the OS will report 'attempts exceeded, enter with your gmail'. at this point just enter your email address and in the textbox for password just give value as 'NULL'. this will instantly ask for new pattern lock and you are done!

There are likely apps running in the background all the time. Make sure you terminate any apps when done with them and it is not automatically syncing or updating. There is probably at least one app responsible. Go into settings and examine battery. It should show you the items that are consuming your battery. One other thing, you should cycle your phone off and on every couple days to allow updates to be completed and to stop apps that are "stuck" running in a loop.
