I have M 7324 phone and how we can turn off paging on one phone
Do Not Disturb will do it temporarily, otherwise you have to go into system programming, (via Ftr**CONFIG"), "Terminals and Sets", select that set, then "Capabilities", then go to "Paging Zones" and change to none. If this doesn't make any sense to you, you should ask your System Administrator.
Nortel t7316 admin console
You should be able to enter programming from any T7316 or M7310 or M7324 phone. Does this happen at the other phones which can be used for programming. If it does, try a power reset of your phone system.
I have tried all the solutions to the password reset and am still locked out of mailbox. Please help
If your voice mail system is a Call Pilot on a BCM phone system. Use Feature 983, enter the Log number 738662, enter the password set for the system. At this point the display should show Admin with options MBOX -- AA -- OTHR select MBOX. Select CHNG and enter the mailbox number which should be the same as your extension number. The display should now show Password with options of RESET and NEXT. Select reset and your password will be reset to 0000. Press the release button and call into your mailbox using the password 0000. The system will have you change your password and verify it. Hopefully this will fix your problem.
Phone line doesn't ring

The display should show "Show set: ____ enter the extension number that you want to check or program. The display will show ***:name. Press the top right button three times. The display will show Show Line:____ with options to Scan or List. If you select Scan it will show the lines assigned to that phone. If you select List it will start with the first line in your phone system showing one of four states 1- Unassigned, 2- Ring Only, 3- Appear&Ring, 4- Appear only. Change the selection on the line by using the CHNG soft button. This is where line assignments are changed from the four states for each extension. The only other thing that will keep an extension from ringing is "Do Not Disturb" or DND. Feature 85 and #85 will turn this feature on and Off.

Now move the phone to another desk and repeat the process.
