I have M 7324 phone and how we can turn off paging on one phone

Do Not Disturb will do it temporarily, otherwise you have to go into system programming, (via Ftr**CONFIG"), "Terminals and Sets", select that set, then "Capabilities", then go to "Paging Zones" and change to none. If this doesn't make any sense to you, you should ask your System Administrator.

Nortel t7316 admin console

You should be able to enter programming from any T7316 or M7310 or M7324 phone. Does this happen at the other phones which can be used for programming. If it does, try a power reset of your phone system.

I have tried all the solutions to the password reset and am still locked out of mailbox. Please help

If your voice mail system is a Call Pilot on a BCM phone system. Use Feature 983, enter the Log number 738662, enter the password set for the system. At this point the display should show Admin with options MBOX -- AA -- OTHR select MBOX. Select CHNG and enter the mailbox number which should be the same as your extension number. The display should now show Password with options of RESET and NEXT. Select reset and your password will be reset to 0000. Press the release button and call into your mailbox using the password 0000. The system will have you change your password and verify it. Hopefully this will fix your problem.

Currently my phone has 2 extension numbers: "0" for reception (me) and "242" for my colleague who replaced me for awhile. How do I redirect her extension # to her phone and leave mine with my extensio

You need to (or have someone) remove the line appearance of 242 on your phone. Actually your phone should also have a 3-digit number, likely 221, and the system knows that dialling "0" goes to that set. Feature *0 lets you check what all the keys are. If you don't have 3-digit extension, then 243 may actually be yours.

Phone line doesn't ring

First, lets get rid of the static. Try Feature #86. This will turn off background music. When a music source is not attached you get static.Enter programming by using Feature XXX66344 password 266344. The display should show "Terminals&Sets" press the top right button with an indicator in the display. The display should show "Show set: ____ enter the extension number that you want to check or program. The display will show ***:name. Press the top right button three times. The display will show Show Line:____ with options to Scan or List. If you select Scan it will show the lines assigned to that phone. If you select List it will start with the first line in your phone system showing one of four states 1- Unassigned, 2- Ring Only, 3- Appear&Ring, 4- Appear only. Change the selection on the line by using the CHNG soft button. This is where line assignments are changed from the four states for each extension. The only other thing that will keep an extension from ringing is "Do Not Disturb" or DND. Feature 85 and #85 will turn this feature on and Off.

I am trying to change the recorded name on my Nortel M7324, when I check my msg, the recorded name says previous user

This would depend on the type of voice mail you have. Normally, once you call into your mailbox you should have an option to change owner information, change recordings and such. Listen to the prompts given and select modify settings. The names of various items vary in different voice mail systems. You want to modify mailbox settings and name should be one of the options as well as changing recordings.

The only way a password will stay with a phone is if the "Extension Relocate" feature is turned on. This means that when the phone is moved from one desk to another it retains the same extension number. To verify this do a Feature *0 and press the intercom button to view your extension. Now move the phone to another desk and repeat the process. Passwords are related to the voice mailbox and there are verbal commands using the dial pad to make any changes. Usually 1 is for yes and two for no or 1 to change and 2 to accept. Not knowing which voice mail system your have it is hard to give anymore detail.
