Norelco suggests changing the heads every 12 months for best performance. This is stated in the user manual that came with the shaver. Replacements can be found at shaveroutlet.com. You will need the model number written on the shaver to properly identify the correct parts

The flashing green light indicates that the shaver is fully charged

Or maybe there is a customer loyalty program you may qualify for. There is also a chat session. as for the device / it sounds like either a you may need a new charging station or b you need a new battery in the device that is charging. However in the world of mens grooming it is easier sometimes to replace instead of repair. but at least you can contact them to see how far you can get. GOOD LUCK!

Usually, this means that the travel lock is activated. The travel lock prevents the shaver from being accidentally turned on. s an example in your suit case when traveling. On most models, the travel lock is activated or deactivated by pressing in and holding the on/off button for 5 seconds

Unfortunately, there are no replacement parts of this kind available

The red piece is the voltage switch. It goes at the bottom of the shaver and the rectangular part will correspond to the rectangular cutout at the bottom. The copper contacts will go against the circuit board

The spring (hinge) is attached to the head holder and is not replaceable. You will need to replace the head holder that includes this hinge. You will find this part for model 7737X at shaveroutlet.com. See link below

Philips Norelco Nose and Ear Trimmer you need to clean it if it stops. Take the battery out run water over the the head and brush till clean. It then should work. It should be cleaned after each use by running water over the head so that does not clog up with hair and dirt.

It sounds like you have an intermittent connection. When an internal power connection is lost, it will cause the charge indicator to indicate discharged. Check your solder connections, particularly the solder connections that hold the batteries in place
