Check if the machine is going through some kind of calibration, evidenced by humming of a motor. This check may take a couple minutes. If there is still not activity after your patient waiting, something may have to be repaired by an authorized technician or mechanic.

This is conjecture but the incline motor is likely attached to a worm gear that lifts and then lowers the incline. There is also likely some kind of automatic "clutch" that disengages the motor from the worm drive after the raise or lower sequence is complete. If this clutch is broken or malfunctioning, then it may be trying to "grab" the worm gear when it is not supposed to (when not raising or lowering) or conversely, it may be losing its grip on the worm gear when the incline is happening. The clutch is likely controlled by an electric solenoid which may be malfunctioning. All this to say that it may be time to call a repair person.

the incline motor could be broken. if new contact nordictrack . the number is on the front of your manual

Double check: Chances are that "$%#T Happens" is not your problem. And that if it worked prior to "dis-assembly, it should work after re-assembly". The common denominator is you took it apart & put it back together. So.. something was missed. A wire not connected, a switch not flipped, a wire in the wrong spot, the safety key not in the slot, etc, etc. Good Luck

the walking belt may be loose. adjustment screws are at the back of the walking belt. one on either side

Don't know why you would need to up the supply power what is the mains power meant to b it could b motor or start up capacitor on motor if fitted

It sounds like you have one of two things happening. The first is a small short in the wiring, in which case, you need a new one. The second is almost as bad, your unit needs adjustment, which is probably cheaper and easier to buy a new unit on e-bay or amazon.

if you mean the walking belt. is it slipping? if so there are two bolt at the rear of treadmill that need tightened to remove the slack in the belt

check the upright wire that run up the right upright. make sure it is connected at both ends and there are no bent pins

unfortunately the only way is to order a new incline motor

try pushing up on the walking deck to relive the pressure the pull the knob out to lower

try pushing upon the deck to relieve the pressure on the latch. then pull the knob

I think you may need to put it in fold mode first...it may be in incline mode.

there is a wiring diagram under the motor hood of your treamill usually in a pouch

check and see if the wire got caught anywhere making it short

first check and see what the circuit is rated at. it you have too many thing on that circuit(light,tv,etc) this will trip your breaker because of the amp draw of the treadmill. nordictrack recommends a dedicated circuit of 20amp. you may nned to have a circuit put in with 12/2 wire

if the walking belt slips there are adjustment bolts at the rear.one on either side. turn each one about a half turn then recheck.
