Hi this is Jamie from Could be the console not sending the signal or the data cable running from the console to the lower board or could be the lower board. I would start by unplugging everything one at a time and plug right back in from the lower board as well as the console. Sometimes just a loose connection. If not then further diagnosing would be needed and volt measurements would be required. A local service provider would need to be called. Good Luck

Hey Alfred, yes it can be repaired,,, but in the interest of saving $$$$,, if it runs... just jump on and go until you have had enough... the rest is really trivial..think about it..

There is no reset button per se on your machine. There is an on off switch right next to where the cord goes into the machine.

Hi There, Speed sensor too far from front roller or defective? Lower control board not reaching target "set-speed" when compared to roller feedback may be a failing lower control board. Good Luck
