I learned years, to become a repair engineer. Invested thousands of dollars in measurement equipment to be able to test electronics. Visited lots of seminars to learn in the factories who developed the systems in the first place, how to repair their equipment. Still it takes time to diagnose what is wrong with a defective apparatus, when it is connected to my tools. And now someone thinks I would be able to tell how to repair in just a few sentences? without knowing what is wrong? Please if you want a technical advice, at least tell a bit more about what is wrong and how you detected this. If nothing works, just check the cables, connections and fuses, but if it is acting different from what you expect a deeper diagnose will be needed.

You will need to insert a mastercode. There are several tools for this but you always need the IMEI code for the mobile. Try the website Security master-code calculator for Nokia mobiles. Haven't tried it myself but was referenced to me by a friend.
