The key to the code would depend on the make and model of the headphones. Likely to the '0000' or '1111' or similar.
The most common PIN is four zeroes in a row, 0000. Two others you may encounter on some devices are 1111 and 1234. Try entering those when you're prompted for a PIN, starting with 0000, and most of the time, the pairing finishes successfully. If issue persist, proceed with these steps.

The Nokia Slide has no WLAN hardware. See the specifications here: https://www.gsmarena.com/nokia_3600_slide-2356.php . You might be able to find a USB wireless network adapter (dongle) or a wired network adapter. Then connect the USB adapter with a OTG micro-USB adapter. However, there could be driver compatibility issues. I've seen these adapter used more with Windows based computers (Win 98 and later).

A hard reset will put it back to Factory Settings wiped clean with no security code.
Unless Anonymous ... it is stolen and PUK Locked / SIM Locked. That is a whole other story. I have the answer for that as well.
