What do you mean by a 'restriction code'? If it is your password you might have to do a 'factory reset' on your phone.

You might be able to find a USB wireless network adapter (dongle) or a wired network adapter. Then connect the USB adapter with a OTG micro-USB adapter. However, there could be driver compatibility issues. I've seen these adapter used more with Windows based computers (Win 98 and later).
