The downloaded mp4 file may have a different resolution than your phone.So you cannot directly play it on your phone.For Nokia E63 the resolution supported is 320*240 pixels and you must convert the downloaded file to this resolution.This will perfectly play the mp4 file on your phone.
If the file is getting stuck during playback, reduce its framerate and bitrate to 24fps and 768kbps respectively during conversion.You have to transfer the file to a computer and perform the video conversion in any converter software because you cannot convert it directly in the phone itself.

what are you using for gps? ovi maps? garmin? google maps?

i suggest installing google maps to see if your gps is working alright.

then check in phone settings to ensure that gps positioning method is enabled for 'built-in gps' and 'assisted gps', thereafter check positioning server is set to 'supl.nokia.com'.

normal lock time is around 5-30seconds with E71 GPS with A-GPS on; anything more than that i'd attribute it to a faulty built-in gps unit.

The errors are caused because of the security measures introduced into the new version of Symbian Series 60 mobile operating system disallowing installation of old applications and invalid certificates, however bypassing this security feature and fixing these certificate errors to install themes and softwares is very easy, simply follow the instructions below:

1. Open you mobile main Menu.
2. Navigate to Settings -> General -> Date and time
3. Now change the year back one year.
4. Now install the application.
5. Don't forget to change date back to original.

There is a free website that allows you to download Youtube videos. The website is called KeepVid from there you just copy + paste the Youtube video link and it will allow you to download it in either .FLV or .MP4 formats and both in different levels of quality.

Now, .MP4 formats are usually recognisable by Nokia phones with the pre-installed RealPlayer application. Watching .FLV will require you to download a third party application on your phone, normally just Google for a free one.

If RealPlayer doesn't play the .MP4 files you have downloaded, then I suggest you Google for a free video program compatible with the latest Nokias.

There are two that I use myself for my Nokia N95 8Gb, one called SmartMovie and the other is CorePlayer. SmartMovie plays all .AVI files and .MP4 files while CorePlayer plays .AVI, .MP4 and even .MPG files.

.MP4 files are naturally large due to the encoding, the videos you download of Youtube are usually 20mb for a 3 min 30 sec clip.
