Some configuration on their end has prevented you from sending messages. Last resort is to reset your phone using the above link. (this is a last resort in case your carrier won't help as it will reset ALL your settings and restore it to factory default) I would call them first and see if they will help you.

Go to Menu > settings > profiles > general and set Warning tones to off.

What specifically are the issues you're having with the speaker on this phone? Are you having issues with the earphone itself, or do the issues happen when you place it on speakerphone? A step to try is if you have a set of headphones/earphones with a 3.55mm jack you can plug it into your phone and see if the audio is still jumbled. If it is then it is most likely a defective device and you'll want to look into a replacement. Another way to test it is to hook up a Bluetooth headset if the phone supports this type of connection. The inbuilt calculator should be in the organizer. It's kind of strange that the calculator is missing because you can't delete or move this application. Try a reset by typing *#7780# and the password is 12345. The other option is is firmware update using a PC Suite.

Elaborate more clearly. Is it "certificate not on sim or phone" problem? Then your authority certificates got invalid. Update your software/firmware from nearest nokia care. In case your warranty expired restoring factory settings won't help.

first get the settings from network service provider save them then ... go to configuration in your settings menu first ....
then go to personal configuration there you create an account for web and activate it.
select the personal config option and
then put ur service provider settings as default in the next one
select them and put activate default in all applications
then restart and start using..

This is due to the country code restriction.
you have to go to a mobile repairing person and tell him to remove the country code by flashing it. it will solve your problem. i have also done the same thing with my nokia.

Steps

1. Download software to generate the unlocking code. Software is available on some websites for free and some pay websites that also offer support if things go wrong. Find the Serial number of the cell phone, also known as your IMEI number. This can be done by either removing the back of your cell phone and looking underneath the battery, or simply by typing in *#06# into your cell phone. It should looking something like: 010082321439976


2. Using the software you have downloaded, enter in your Manufacturer (which is in this case Nokia), your model number, and your IMEI number. Also enter your country and the Network. Calculate the code, this may be different depending on which software you are using. If your phone is the Nokia 3390 phone, select the model 3310, they are the same phone.
   You will get a series of codes that looks something like: #pw+555 979 507 5+1#. You will enter each of these codes until you find the one that works for you, it’s possible the first one won’t work.


3. Remove the SIM card from your Nokia phone. This is typically done by removing the back cover of the phone and removing the battery and sliding the card out. Put the battery back in and power the phone on.


4. You should see a message “Insert SIM Card”. Begin entering your generated code. Enter all of the characters you see in your code, including the # symbols. To get a ’p’ press * 3 times, to get a ’+’ press the * key 2 times, to get a ’w’ press the * key 4 times. Disregard any spaces in the code.


5. Once you have finished entering a code that works you should see a message that says “SIM is not restricted” or “Restriction off” message depending on your model. If not, try entering another code. Be careful, entering a wrong code 5 times will mean that you will only be able to unlock the phone with a data cable.

Attempting to unlock your phone is done at your own risk. Although unlocking your phone is legal, some cell phone operators might choose to void your warranty should you unlock your phone (then again, some cell phone operators won’t mind).
