What kind of lock did you mentioned here?If it is Network lock, then you can unlock your Huawei C2905 phone using unlock code from the site TheUnlockArena.com

Call your Service provider, they might have them blocked. Otherwise, they'll be able to solve it. It could be the phone itself (or device).

maybe a hardware issue, bring it to where ever you brought the device or just get it to the repair store

These can be very tricky to resolve. I assume you are sending/receiving text messages between two lines of service from different carriers.... Perhaps different mobile carriers in two different countries? I would make sure you have the country codes correct, if applicable. Try testing different lines if you can to your device, like you have stated you have (when I send a message from another number I am receiving it...). Do more of this testing, but pay attention to what mobile carrier each line is on. You will probably see a pattern and then will need to contact the mobile carrier for additional help.
