Restart your phone and now go to settings>restore factory settings> restore
settings only > security code (default is 12345 unless changed)

It will restore your phone settings and remove the keypad code...

The default one is 12345 unless you have changed it.

All you have to do is to open the menu - open settings- open restore to factory settings and punch in 12345 so that your phone will reset to default condition.

If your phone automatically shut off that means that the phone is not getting the power coming from the battery or the battery itself can no longer supply power for the phone. In this case, you need to try another compatible battery for your handset. If battery wont work with another handset, that means that your phone needs replacing battery.

Default 4 Digit user code: 1234 or 0000
Default 6 Digit Security code: 123456 or 000000
Default 6 Digit Security code: 000999 or 1122
Type *#06# at the mobile screen to know IMEI no of your mobile.
send the IMEI no to me and i will reply you with unlocking code.
