What phone is it? If it is an iphone it will be easy to repair. Just have the whole front screen swapped out including earpiece. You can get these of ebay for 20-30 all in.

Hi If you are talking aout a laptop then you need to go to the manufacturer's website and download and install the latest drivers for the touchpad of your laptop. It would probably be well worthwhile for you to buy a USB mouse for this laptop, any should do, so that you can use it in the meantme and also help with the installation. Cheers
