To be honest, I wasn't aware that the Master Key applied to the Wii. However, you should be able to select the option, "I forgot." Once this prompt is selected you will be asked for the secret question that of course you will have no way of knowing either. Again select "I forgot." The system will require an email address and provide you with a confirmation number. Using the confirmation number and the email response from Nintendo should provide you the final reset steps. If you do not have internet access, the Nintendo support site says to call their support line. You may still be able to do this, but I was under the impression that nearly all Wii support has been terminated (or will be in the nearer future). The password or key for your wireless router that was entered is incorrect. Make sure the password or key is entered into the Wii exactly as it appears in your router's settings. Keep in mind that security keys are case sensitive. A simple typo may be causing the problem.

Check to see if the audio cord is not connected, incorrectly connected or damaged. Check the power cord to see if it's healthy. If it's not any of these then I would carefully open up the console and see if there's anything that looks wrong, capacitors popped or resistors cracked. The audio board might need to be replaced.

Are you trying to update the netflix app? if so on what device? or are you trying to update the movie/show list? if so netflix has limited space on their servers to run smoothly for their millions of customers so they don't have everything ready to stream at once, they do however have everything on dvd which will make it to your house within the week.

Double check all the settings then reboot the Wii and then Reboot your wireless router.

You must have wireless service available, and the password for it if required. Go to menu and scroll through settings until you find network settings. Set up the wireless connection after Wii finds your service. Once setup, you can access the internet.

just go to friend and download only and only network driver, copy it to usb stick and then install on your computer. after installing network driver you can download all rest of teh drivers directly to your laptop. you will have lousy display and no sound - therefore download display drivers second and then download intel drivers then rest of it... as you did not provide model and operating system - only general advice can be given... for future reference, you need to provide manufacturer, model, operating system...

Clean the surface of the disc by gently wiping from center to edge. Water with toothpaste is good cleaner. Rinse well and dry completely.

Have you set up your wifi connection? The Wii connects through a wireless router connection.

In the case of the router you can reset it by finding a physical button on the device itself. That will return it to the original factory conditions. Keep in mind that means you will need to set up all the devices that are auto connecting to your router again. Also make sure you have some of the instruction manuals in case you run into problems. Some can be downloaded on the internet. Do it via the router maker + the serial number. In the case of Netflix password - contact Netflix via the email or contact information you have with them.

There could be a few reasons 1 you havent updated the netflix app (if applicable, im not sure if the wii does it automatically.) 2 you haven't paid for the month (billing problems should be handled with netflix.) 3 no wifi. If its none of these it is possible netflix was updating something or temporarily out of service.
