I have purchased the ML-L3 remote for my Nikon
Refer to your camera's user manual and hopefully you have a section in that manual that talks about "Release Mode". I have a D90 so I am can only guide you to my research. Hopefully your camera has a release mode section that shows you how to change mode from "single frame" to "continious low speed" to continuous high speed", self timer...and the two that you need will be "delayed remote" and "quick response". All the best.

How do I use the
You need to refer to your User's Manual. I have a D90 and referred to the Release Mode section/instructions. This enables you to select from modes such as "single frame", "continuous low speed", "self timer" and the two that you need for the Nikon ML-L3 remove controller - "delayed remote" and "quick response". Page 64 of the User's Manual or refer to Index of the Manual for the "Release Mode" section. All the best.
How do i connect my wireless remote to my d60????
In the Shooting Mode menu, change <from either Single or Continuous or 10Second self-timer> to 2S (two seconds) Remote or immediate Remote -- there's an icon that looks like your remote. Then get in front of the camera (lens cap removed already) and point the remote to the IR receiver on the front of the camera and click the remote button ... it will take the shot immediately or after two seconds (depending on what you specified).
The shooting mode doesn't seem to stick -- if I turn the camera off and then on, it's gone back to how it was previous set and I have to set it to remote again.
My bigger problem was I thought (guessed, since there were no instructions!) that I had to press the self-timer function button before clicking the remote -- but doing that kept resetting my shooting mode back to 10 seconds on SELF TIMER (taking it off of REMOTE mode).
Help
I got one for my D40x and this is what I did :
Go into the menu, select shooting mode. You'll find you can change it from single to continuous to timer to REMOTE.
Enjoy!

How to remove child lock from BELTEK TV?
general steps:
Get the TV remote control and push the "Menu" button and select "Options".
Select "Child Lock" from the "Options" list. On some televisions, the "Child Lock" is named "V-chip".
Choose the "Remove Child Lock" selection. Highlight this and then hit the "Enter" button.
Enter the four-digit code that you used when you activated the child lock feature. If you cannot remember it, your only option to deactivate the child lock is to reset the TV. The instructions for resetting a TV is written on the user's manual of the TV.
Exit the TV menu once you have entered the four-digit code. To do this, press the "Exit" or "Menu" button on the TV's remote control.
If you don't have a remote, you might try leaving the TV unplugged overnight. Some TVs will 'forget' their settings if left without power for a long period. You could also potentially buy a cheaper universal remote, and use that to turn off the child lock.
