Thin blue line on all pictures

Try resetting the electronics to factory defaults. Re the flash - if it continues to stick get it open and leave it like that until you find out just what it is that is causing it to stick. Mechanical issue and do able.

Nokia coolpix p100 wont charge

In General. Nikon Coolpix cameras TURN ON when you change them. This means when you plug in USB with a computer the camera turns on and the computer sees it. If you turn the camera ON. And the Battery indicator shows "FULL CHARGE" you may NOT be able to charge it. To eliminate variables. Do not charge with the computer until you charge with the adapter (wall charger). When the wall charger works then try the computer. Look at page 145 in your manual for Computer charging. Make sure your date and time are set in the camera. Make sure it NEEDS a charge.

Nikon coolpix S3000 won't take a picture when the

Assuming you have new batteries and the camera lens cover is opening when turned on. Try switching to any mode other than automatic, turn off the flash, and press the shutter button. Many cameras have a safety feature that prevents the flash capacitor from charging if the case is opened. This is to lessen the chance of electric shock. They usually use one or two of the screws along the perimeter of the camera to complete a circuit that lets the processor know that the case is closed. Verify that all the screws are in place along the perimeter of your camera, and that there are no gaps along the perimeter seams. If you're missing a screw, try using one of the others to replace it.
If they're all there, next thing to check is the batteries. The brand that you're using may have reached its shelf life, or just may not have sufficient power to charge the flash capacitor. Try a better brand, or better yet rechargeable NiMH batteries.
If the above didn't help, then the flash tube or its circuit is probably at fault. In this case, would then recommend professional repair. This repair is somewhat difficult, requires some soldering, has some danger of electrical shock, and goes beyond what I'd like to describe here

Unable to get sharp pictures, poor focus with P90

There is a focusing issue with your lens focusing motor or electronics controlling it. Unless it is a very expensive camera it may not be cost effective for repair.

Nikon coolpix s510 keeps turning on

See if there is a way to check out the power button. If the contacts are stuck in on position or unstable it is possible that the unit is behaving erratically. Try cleaning it out chemically if possible.

Batteries Exhausted Message on Nikon Coolpix L18

How could I resist assisting someone with the handle 'Charm City'? What I would advise is getting some good quality 2300 mAH or 2500 mAh re-chargeable batteries - although all batteries have a nominal 1.5v output, not all can provide the sustained power necessary for the camera.

Hello my nikon coolpix s220

Do you mean the lens, or the LCD screen ? Either way, with equipment this old, repair is not economically viable - get a new one, and treat it with care.
