Listen up. Whenever you ask an outdoor power equipment question, provide the engine manuf., Model no from engine and serial. (Series sometimes for B&S). If you have all of those B&S will tell you at their web site.

Turbocharged engines: Correct spark gap: 0.7 - 0.8 mm (0.02 - 0.03 inch)

If they're platinum they should already be preset. Careful not to drop them.

First be shure to use antisease on the threads of the plug. Not a bunch but just a dab. Then tighten hand tight and then torque at 18 to 20ft lbs

You have to determine what's causing the misfire first. Check the injector. It may not be supplying enough fuel to the cylinder. Do a compression test on that cylinder to determine if the rings are worn or a valve is leaking. All these parameters affect a misfire ...not just the spark plug.

no connection you probably screwed the switch up when you broke it out now time to get another one and hope it works if not tear the steering column up to find out what you messed up

take the intake off some times you have to strip the motor of breathers and other components just to do this

usually the gap is already preset to take the work out of this but your like me you like to check it first. contact the auto parts store they should be able to tell you what the gap is

If this is a real question (it is a big car) I would say look to your fuel system. Lack of sufficient fuel supply makes for sluggish acceleration. If it idles well but dies when you accelerate check the fuel pump and fuel line/injector pressure regulator and vacuum lines controlling the pressure regulator. If you get an autoparts store to put the OBDI or OBDII code reader you might see a "lean" condition code come up.

if you are using buhw-2 plugs then you cant gap them as they are perma gap and no electrode !
