You likely won't need one. What should happen is the windows bluetooth driver should auto install. I have had like 4 of these things. If the bluetooth drive fails to install you may have a bad adapter.

Disk drives usually won't take a mini disk. As an alternative location for the drivers for the adapter, check the Nexxtech website. I can't link specifics as I don't know what model you have.

If you have tried it on another computer and its still failing then sorry but most likely the mouse is stuffed. Buy a new one. Go for Logitech, its the best brand for reliability.

This will sound foolish but remove the mouse and drivers. Then plug it back in using a different USB port. I have had that issue before and for some reason, that fixed it. Good luck. Semper Fi, Z

It seems like it draws so little power the power bank goes to sleep. The only suggestion I have is to run it through a USB hub to increase the load. Of course this defeats the purpose of the larger power bank. sorry...
