If you have tried it on another computer and its still failing then sorry but most likely the mouse is stuffed. Buy a new one. Go for Logitech, its the best brand for reliability.

This will sound foolish but remove the mouse and drivers. Then plug it back in using a different USB port. I have had that issue before and for some reason, that fixed it. Good luck. Semper Fi, Z

My sincere apologies for your geographic location at this time of year. You should contact the Nexxtech customer service department to resolve this issue. They are the experts with their merchandise and should be able to determine if you have a faulty unit - which is possible.

It seems like it draws so little power the power bank goes to sleep. The only suggestion I have is to run it through a USB hub to increase the load. Of course this defeats the purpose of the larger power bank. sorry...

Hello John. After doing a bit of research, the HQ office is at 84 Rayens Cross Road, Long Ashton, Bristol, BS41 9DY. The actual website was a grey area, with multiple results showing various offshoots of Nexxtech-related companies.
