Ok, one do u pay it while its on charger? DON'T. When it shuts of like that, turn it back on, then shut it off again, and turn it back on, will fix for awhile, but sadly, this problem is permanent

Hello, Jessy - The rechargeable battery for your Nextbook probably needs to be replaced. Eventually all rechargeable batteries need to be replaced. Make sure you order or purchase in a bricks and mortar store the right battery for your Nextbook.
