2 GB SD card. You can get them at Wal-Mart. Most electronic stores. Camera stores or you can order them online at amazon.com.

Had the same problem with mine. It happens when trying to display portrait, or vertical, pictures. I don't think there's a way to prevent it other than to display only landscape, or horizontal, pictures.

It is possible that the power adapter does not work. I have two identical to yours send me a msg to courrierloader(att)gmail(dot)com

I had this and then I did a FAT format on the SD card and then loaded the pics on after that completed. It worked immediately after that step

keep the drive you use to 2g or 4g max.for some reason a lot of the cheap frames cannot handle anything bigger.

look the usb port from the frame is for connecting a Stick / flash drive. not for connecting to pc.

you haveto install driver from above link..and then try to transfer photos from camera to pc...

after that from pc you can transfer to photo frame...
