I don't know where to get a charger
all toys like these and many other devices regularly have different sized chargers, but the current running through them is the same, if you can find something that fits into the charger, it will work. additionally, you could go to any electronics store and buy a universal charger, which comes with voltage changers and different heads to fit all voltage requirements, and all plug size requirements.
I need to find a
A 1:14 Mudslinger requires a 6 Volt battery. Not a 19.2 Volt. Now when you go purchase this battery make sure it says 6 Volt not a 6 Cell. Here is the style battery you need.

Starting from the top left you can choose the first 5 depending on the shape of the one you have for the RC and the mAh you want. The term mAh indicaters milliamp hours. Basically how long the battery will last. More bang for your buck basically. But they cost more too. They will all function the same. But the ones with less mAh will run out of juice sooner and have to be charged. All these connect the same way from the same style connector. So don't worry about that. Hope this helps.

Tony

I have a New Bright
I think I'd get one of those chargers that will fit anything- select the right plug and voltage, you're in.
eBay is where I'd check first.

Hi having trouble with
Yes, additional track is available from several places, such as Hobbylinc.com, and TowerHobbies.com. At this time, just after Christmas, they are out of stock, however. Walthers.com has them in stock (1-4-2011). You can find extra track on sale on eBay, as well. Be sure to get the track with the brass covers, as New Bright sells battery powered trains that use bare plastic track, which will not work with the 384. A Google search will turn up more sources.

The batteries go in the first car following the lokomotive, the coal tender. There is a small black knob with a ****. Turn it, and it will open the top part, so you can put the batteries in. This train set will not take a rechargeable battery. Bummer...

Hi,
Check in your instructions if the frequency of the controller and the car can be changed...
If it can be changed to another channel then change one of the cars to the other channel...if it cannot be changed take one of the cars back and find another car that runs on a different channel...they often make the same model with different channels so you can run them head to head...

Hi, there is a HD sound box speaker fixed in the unit.if there is no sound coming that means either the speaker which is emitting the sound out is got faulty or the speaker wires have got loose or got cut in between. The unit needs to be opened and checked. It is not very hard but bit checking with meter or continuity tester is required to check the speaker and its wires....
